Mirovanije: Last Monday we celebrated the Great Feast of the Theophany of Our Lord. During Vespers on Sunday evening bread, wheat, wine, and olive oil were blessed during the Litija. Today, following the Divine Liturgy, there will be anointing with that holy oil and distribution of the bread blessed during the Litija for the Feast of the Theophany.

Jordan Water: The newly sanctified Jordan Water is available from the Baptismal Font for use at home. Holy Water bottles are available for a free-will offering.

National Prayer Vigil for Life: The Vigil Mass will be celebrated in the Upper Church at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, January 21st, at 6:30 PM with Cardinal Sean Patrick O’€™Malley, O.F.M.Cap. as the main celebrant. The Vigil will continue throughout the night concluding with a Mass celebrated in the Upper Church on Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM.
On Tuesday evening at 11:00 PM Bishop Kurt will lead the (Byzantine) Compline Service in the Crypt Church.
