Eleventh Sunday after Pentecost 2015

Hail Mary, Mother of God, through whom the faithful spirits are saved. Hail Mary, Mother of God, through you the waves of the sea, now placated and calm, carry joyfully and gently those who, like ourselves, are servants and ministers.
Hail Mary, Mother of God, most venerated treasure on all earth, inextinguishable light, crown of virginity, scepter of true doctrine, indestructible temple, dwelling place of Him who cannot be contained, Virgin and Mother, through whom we have been given Him who is called blessed par excellence, and who has come in the name of the Father.
Hail to you, who in your holy and virginal womb have enclosed the immense and the incomprehensible. Because of whom the Blessed Trinity is adored and glorified, and the precious Cross is venerated and feted throughout the earth. Because of whom heaven exults, the angels and archangels rejoice, and the devils flee. Because of whom the tempter was ejected from heaven, and fallen creature was taken up to paradise. Because of whom all men, fettered by the deceit of idols, come to the knowledge of truth. Because of whom holy baptism is given as a gift to believers, the oil of joy is obtained, the Church is rooted all over the world, and people are moved to penance.
And what more can I say? Because of whom the only begotten Son of God shone the light on those who walked in darkness and in the shadow of death. Because of whom the prophets prophesied future events. Because of whom the apostles preached salvation to the Gentiles. Because of whom the dead rose and kings reigned, through the Blessed Trinity.
Who among men is capable of uttering the praise which Mary merits, who is worthy of all praise? She is Virgin and Mother. What a marvelous thing. I am filled with awe at this miracle. Who has heard of a case where the builder of a temple is banned from attending it? Who could be blamed for ignominiously having taken His own slave to be His Mother?
